Applicable to All Hand-Refined Gold Dust Orders

As is standard across the precious metals industry, most reputable dealers including JM Bullion, APMEX, Kitco, SD Bullion, and Bullion Exchanges, do not accept returns on gold products once shipped. This policy protects against market volatility, loss of purity verification, and the breakdown of chain of custody.

In alignment with these principles, and given the nature of my work as an artisan who hand-refines pure 24k gold using only organic, chemical-free methods, all gold dust orders from The Gilded Hart are final sale and non-returnable.

Each batch is created in small, intentional quantities and is designed for clients who require the highest level of purity — particularly those using gold in culinary, artistic, or energetic applications, where integrity and trust are paramount.

✦ Right to Refuse Returns or Cancellations ✦

Due to the bespoke nature of my work, I kindly reserve the right to decline any request for return or cancellation at my sole discretion. Once an order is confirmed, refinement may begin immediately, and materials are allocated specifically for that request. Cancellations are not guaranteed once production is underway.
